The Muncie MESP 3016 / 3017 Electronic Spreader Package is the latest spreader control system for snow and ice control vehicles. It is easy to install, setup and is perfect for new or retrofit installations. The system is suitable for all spreader setups: Tailgate, drop-in V boxes, roll gates, and Muni bodies are all compatible. The hydraulics are offered for use with either open or closed center hydraulic systems. The controller uses durable soft toggles and illuminated soft-touch buttons to adjust flow rates for spinner flows up to 8 GPM and auger flows up to 17 GPM. The controller can operate in either manual or auto mode. 

 

The MESP 3016 / 3017 enclosure is built with Heavy Duty 11 gauge powder coated steel. Deutsch and Weather Pack connectors are used to waterproof the electrical connections and prevent failure due to corrosion. 

 

The controller is easy to operate and setup with nine programmable settings of operation. Ground speed controls let the driver focus on driving.
